Janet McDonald, LMT

Jan has been a vital part of Active Living since 2009 and is excited to be a part of the team. She has two children and enjoys all that Central Oregon has to offer.

For over twenty years as a licensed massage therapist Jan has uniquely defined herself as a practitioner of integrated wellness. Incorporating a diverse skill-set her clients experience a highly effective modality of holistic therapy. As a member of the Society for Oncology Massage with additional certifications in Lymphatic Drainage and Hakomi Therapy she blends these specialties into an empowering transformational healing experience. A professional who richly comes from her heart, she extends her passion for healing to a variety of clients. Whether it be athletic, sports injuries, stress, chronic pain, Oncology related, or simply for relaxation, her nurturing touch provides lasting benefits that empowers a state of wellness in her clientele.
